Project Overview
8702 is a ground-up custom residential build in Scottsdale — a single-story desert contemporary home designed around a central courtyard and seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity.
The project was developed under CMI's full design-build process, with structural and interior design decisions made in parallel from day one. The result is a home where architecture and interiors feel unified rather than assembled.
The outdoor environment received equal attention — a negative-edge pool, covered ramada, outdoor kitchen, and native landscape design create a resort-quality backyard that functions as a genuine extension of the main living area.
