About This Project

Garden Plaza was a full commercial tenant improvement project in Scottsdale — a multi-suite retail and mixed-use building requiring phased construction around active neighboring tenants.

CMI managed all trade coordination, permitting, and ADA compliance for the project. The scope included new MEP systems throughout, demising wall construction, storefront glazing, and finish-out of four tenant suites to base building standard.

The project was completed on schedule and within budget — a result of aggressive preconstruction planning and a subcontractor buyout that locked pricing three months before construction began.
