About This Project

The Parco project was a comprehensive luxury renovation of an existing custom home in Scottsdale — a complete transformation of the interior while preserving the architectural bones of the original structure.

The scope included a full kitchen and primary bath remodel, structural wall removals to open the main living area, custom built-in millwork throughout, and exterior improvements including a new pool deck and landscape redesign.

CMI managed the project under a design-build contract, coordinating directly with the homeowners on every material selection. The renovation was executed in phases to allow the family to remain in the home throughout construction.
