About This Project

Ply Place is a ground-up custom residential build in Scottsdale — a modern desert home designed to take full advantage of its site orientation, indoor-outdoor flow, and the Arizona climate.

The project was delivered under a design-build contract, allowing CMI to integrate structural decisions with interior design selections from the earliest planning stages. The result is a home where storage, lighting, and material transitions feel considered rather than retrofitted.

Large-format sliding glass walls connect the main living area to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and covered lounge. Interior finishes include wide-plank white oak flooring, custom millwork throughout, and a statement kitchen with waterfall quartzite counters.
