Project Overview
The VW Garage project was a ground-up commercial build-out for a specialty automotive facility in Scottsdale — a high-bay, high-finish environment designed for both function and client experience.
The scope included structural steel framing, specialty mechanical systems (compressed air, vehicle lift infrastructure, exhaust ventilation), high-gloss polished concrete floors, and a premium client lounge and showroom area.
CMI managed all trade coordination and permitting through the City of Scottsdale. The project was completed in 11 months and received its certificate of occupancy ahead of the client's target opening date.
