Airpark Studio

This project was a full interior design and commercial tenant improvement project in Scottsdale. The design intent was to build out a creative studio environment designed to support the work produced within it. CMI coordinated the complete commercial TI scope in partnership with the client, managing permit coordination, trade supervision, and custom millwork fabrication through to final occupancy. The finished space features clean-lined built-ins, carefully curated material selections, and a lighting system designed to support both focused creative work and client-facing presentations.
