Haverish

The Haverish project was a full-scope interior design engagement and full renovation for a residence in Central Phoenix. This midcentury home required thoughtful material curation, custom millwork, and a cohesive design language from entry to primary suite.

Ply Place

Ply Place is a full scale interior renovation designed by Kailyn Wolfe. The project transformed a traditional Scottsdale ranch home into a modern design-focused oasis for the homeowner.

Ambassador ADU

The Ambassador ADU is a detached accessory dwelling unit set on a generous corner lot in Arcadia — finished to the standard of a primary residence and designed to function as one. Built as a self-contained income-generating unit, the project required a new utility service lateral, minor site regrading, and custom cabinetry fabricated off-site. The architectural palette mirrors the main house: stucco exterior, clay tile roofline details, and steel-framed windows that let in north light. Interior finishes were specified to hotel standard — concrete look tile floors, quartzite kitchen counters, integrated undercabinet lighting, and full-size appliances throughout. From groundbreaking to certificate of occupancy: eight months.

The Drake

Airpark Studio

This project was a full interior design and commercial tenant improvement project in Scottsdale. The design intent was to build out a creative studio environment designed to support the work produced within it. CMI coordinated the complete commercial TI scope in partnership with the client, managing permit coordination, trade supervision, and custom millwork fabrication through to final occupancy. The finished space features clean-lined built-ins, carefully curated material selections, and a lighting system designed to support both focused creative work and client-facing presentations.

Parco

A modern addition to a turn-of-the-century brick home in historic Phoenix. The project creates a deliberate contrast between old and new, using clean lines and a minimal material palette to highlight the character of the original structure.

Gaarden Plaza

VW Garage

A custom three-car garage tucked into the historic FQ Story neighborhood in Phoenix. Designed as a backyard jewel box to house a collection of beautifully restored Volkswagens.

Boulders

The Boulders project was a full residential renovation in Carefree, Arizona. A home designed in dialogue with its natural desert setting, designed by the talented Kaitlyn Wolfe. The project required significant structural modification to adapt the existing space to a more usable layout for the client along with replacing 90% of the existing finishes.
