Joseph Ballard is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Constructed Matter, Inc. With over two decades of hands-on construction experience, Joe brings an unmatched depth of field knowledge and design sensibility to every project CMI undertakes.
His career spans high-end custom residential builds, commercial construction, and complex renovations across Arizona. Joe's ability to bridge the gap between architectural vision and real-world execution is what makes him the engine behind CMI's field operations.
At CMI, Joe leads the build teams, manages subcontractor relationships, and ensures that every project meets the exacting standards clients expect on time, on budget, and built to last.
